Brass tag on both sides read. Built by Scott & Linton. Model by Piel Craftsmen Newport Mass. Base is 4 1/2" wide x 15" long.

It is in great condition. I found one loose line and one broken line on the center mast. You can see it in one of the close up photos. Its ASIS and As found. I know nothing about these so please look carefully and ask questions.
