Vintage Ship Diorama Marine scene Shadow Box half Model Sail Boat Schooner

  

The water "Waves" appear to be carved from the wood in the bottom all of this is behind a piece of glass on the front of the wooden box The box measures approx. 9 1/2" tall, 15 1/2" across by 4 1/4 wide The box has old white paint on the sides and top, the top has some discoloring where a notation and scotch tape was affixed I suspect this would date into the 1930's - 1950s era, it will require a hanging wire for wall hanging or it can sit on a shelf as it is hopefully someone can put it to good use!
