30" in length x 26" in height x 5 mounted on cradle. A lot of nice craftsmanship went into this vessel. Bare Hull is 21 1/2. As far as assembly goes it is basically the 3 mast's with sails and rigging attached that need to be installed. These are a hook & ring configuration which are already fabricated and measured out for length, you just figure out where it goes and connect it.

The most difficult part of assembly will be figuring out how to get the Jib boom rigging (most forward mast) & the rigging for its 3 sails installed correctly. There is a very basic diagram that comes with the boat but actually the photo's on this site will be a better reference to use than any diagram supplied would be. Assembly is not really all that difficult but I don't think I would choose it for your first Pirate Boat assembly unless you are willing to exercise a bit of patience with trial and error upon assembling it.
