A wooden and yellow metal model of the galleon HMS Sovereign of the Seas, a warship of the Royal Navy. Dimensions: 24"L x 7.5"W x 24H (62cmL x 19cmW x 60cmH). This warship is richly decorated, executed handmade from Cherry wood to a very high standard, and has nameplate. Gun ports cut directly into the hull, not stuck on. All decorative details - cannons, anchors, and decorative linings are brass -sculpted for the vintage, antique look. Deck features help to add attention to detail with realistic, extras such as lifeboats and steering wheels are included. The sails and ropes are made of linen. It was later renamed HMS Sovereign, and then HMS Royal Sovereign at the Restoration of Charles II.

In her first naval engagement in 1652, the Sovereign sank a Dutch warship with a single broadside.
