Was built in Dumbarton, Scotland in 1869 and engaged in the China Tea Trade until 1873. She then embarked upon 20 years of passages between England and Australia. After 1895 she served under the Portuguese flag for 25 years.

She now belongs to the Tames Nautical Training College and she stands dry-docked at Greenwich, London. Badly damaged by fire on 21 May 2007 while undergoing conservation, the vessel is being restored and is expected to reopen in Spring 2011. 100% hand built from scratch using plank on frame construction method.

Size: 34" overall length x 23" height x 12 width. Undreds of hours where required to finish this model sailboat. Completed model contains thousands of details created by skillful master craftsmen. Made of finest wood like Rosewood, Mahogany, Teak and other exotic tropical wood.

Chrome and brass fittings and ornaments constitute the excellence of this model. Extensive research through original plans and pictures make this model authentic. This model went through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop.

After that the item will be re listed. Models are securely packed with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double box.
