Hyakutake Natchez, a beautiful vintage model Launch Boat hand built and motorised with display stand and case. Such a well detailed and proportioned model with brass propeller, prop shaft and rudder, metal and brass fittings. Presumably a gift or presentation as noted on the card: This electric motor boat was made to celebrate Mr Hyakutakes lovely new coment. A working model, although untested not knowing the voltage of the motor, the propeller and motor revolves smoothly, as with the rudder on the ratchet plate. Removable rear deck reveals the motor and battery brass connections; the upper hatch slides to gain access to on/off switch. The forward deck was removed hence the internal photos for your inspection, all seems fine. Excellent condition as can be seen in the photos, a highly desirable collectable model launch that will grace any room. Boat: 35.5cm length x 9cm beam. Weight Boat & Stand: 670gm.
